4. Use of Stripe for Payment Processing

• QRPayPro leverages Stripe for payment processing. By using QRPayPro, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• All user financial data is securely processed and managed by Stripe.
• At no time does QRPayPro store, access, or retain any sensitive financial data such as credit card numbers, bank account details, or payment authentication information.

5. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date personal or business information when creating an account.
• You must keep your account credentials secure. QRPayPro is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.
• Notify QRPayPro immediately if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

6. Sending and Receiving Payments

• Payments are only allowed between registered QRPayPro users.
• Transactions are processed securely through Stripe, which may impose additional verification or limits
• QRPayPro reserves the right to hold or review transactions flagged for security, compliance, or fraud-related reasons.

7. Transaction Fees

QRPayPro applies 1.5% may apply transaction fees to certain payment activities. All fees will be disclosed transparently before completion of the transaction.

8. Disputes

Users are encouraged to resolve payment disputes directly. QRPayPro does not mediate disputes but may provide transaction records to assist.

For disputes related to unauthorized transactions, please contact Stripe or QRPayPro support within 30 days.

9. Prohibited Activities

• When using QRPayPro, you agree not to:
• Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Engage in activities that violate these Terms or Stripe’s Terms of Service.
• Interfere with the functionality, integrity, or security of the QRPayPro platform.

10. Privacy and Data Handling

• QRPayPro does not store, access, or manage sensitive financial data. All such information is processed by Stripe.
• Personal data collected by QRPayPro is managed in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

QRPayPro retains all rights to its software, branding, and platform features. Users are not granted rights to replicate, distribute, or alter any content associated with QRPayPro.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

QRPayPro is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free functionality.

QRPayPro disclaims liability for actions or decisions made based on your use of the service.

13. Limitation of Liability

• QRPayPro is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• Total liability is limited to the fees paid to QRPayPro for services directly rendered.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah. Any legal actions will be resolved in the courts of Utah
